Please read this page carefully before relying on any BullScan score, badge, certificate, report, or recommendation.
BullScan analyzes publicly available website content using automated software and artificial intelligence. The information presented through thebullscan.com, our reports, plugins, APIs, extensions, certificates, badges, and related services is intended solely as a technical assessment of observable trust-related signals.
BullScan is not a substitute for legal advice, regulatory compliance reviews, financial due diligence, security audits, consumer protection investigations, or professional consulting services. Users remain solely responsible for evaluating any website, vendor, product, offer, or business opportunity.
BullScan is not a law firm, compliance auditor, government agency, standards organization, or regulatory authority. BullScan does not determine, certify, represent, or guarantee compliance with any law, regulation, industry standard, or governmental requirement, including but not limited to FTC regulations, GDPR, CCPA, UK GDPR, CAN-SPAM, consumer protection laws, advertising regulations, and e-commerce regulations.
The presence, absence, quality, or wording of disclosures, privacy policies, terms of service, earnings disclaimers, refund policies, or legal notices does not establish legal compliance. Any compliance determination must be made by qualified legal professionals.
A BullScan score, badge, report, certificate, trust mark, or rating is not an endorsement, not a recommendation to purchase, not an approval of a business, not a verification of claims, not a guarantee of honesty, not a guarantee of safety, and not a guarantee of legitimacy.
BullScan does not investigate vendors, verify identities, validate credentials, inspect products, confirm customer reviews, or independently substantiate marketing claims.
BullScan makes no representations regarding profitability, earnings potential, investment value, product quality, merchant reliability, business ethics, customer satisfaction, or future performance. Users assume all risks associated with purchases, investments, subscriptions, memberships, or commercial relationships entered into based on information obtained from BullScan.
Many websites and offers scanned by BullScan may be sold through WarriorPlus or promoted by WarriorPlus affiliates. BullScan is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, approved by, or operated by WarriorPlus.
BullScan does not verify vendor identities, product effectiveness, income claims, sales claims, testimonials, customer results, refund experiences, or affiliate promotions. A BullScan score does not indicate that a WarriorPlus offer is legitimate, compliant, profitable, safe, or suitable for purchase.
Users should independently review all vendor claims, disclosures, and refund policies before purchasing any WarriorPlus product.
If a product was purchased through WarriorPlus, users should first open the purchase details in their WarriorPlus account and contact the vendor through the support or “Get Support” option. If the vendor does not respond after a reasonable period, users should follow WarriorPlus’s support process and submit a refund request through the platform’s help channels.
BullScan does not process WarriorPlus refunds, cannot guarantee refund approval, and cannot intervene in vendor-specific billing decisions. Users should keep receipts, transaction IDs, and support correspondence for their records.
Certain products, subscriptions, or services associated with BullScan may be sold through ClickBank. ClickBank acts as the retailer of record for applicable transactions. BullScan is not responsible for ClickBank's payment processing, billing systems, refund handling procedures, fraud prevention processes, or marketplace operations.
Refunds and billing disputes are generally governed by ClickBank's policies and procedures.
If a product was purchased through ClickBank, users should request a refund through ClickBank’s official support or order page for that purchase. Users should use the order receipt, order lookup, or the support link associated with the transaction.
If the purchase was made through ClickBank, BullScan support can help identify the relevant product or page, but ClickBank remains the retailer of record and the refund request should be directed through its designated channels. Keep your receipt, order ID, and any support correspondence available when submitting the request.
BullScan may analyze websites, landing pages, advertisements, affiliate promotions, videos, email promotions, and marketing materials created by third parties. BullScan does not control, own, monitor, or guarantee the accuracy of third-party content and assumes no responsibility for errors, omissions, misrepresentations, or unlawful statements made by third parties.
BullScan scores are generated through software analysis and machine-learning systems. Scores are algorithmic opinions based on BullScan's internal methodology and should not be interpreted as factual findings, legal conclusions, or regulatory determinations. Different evaluators, auditors, experts, regulators, or software systems may reach different conclusions regarding the same webpage.
BullScan does not determine whether any website, vendor, advertisement, or offer complies with Federal Trade Commission requirements. A lower risk score does not mean FTC compliant, legally compliant, truthful, non-deceptive, or properly disclosed. Likewise, a high risk score does not necessarily indicate wrongdoing, illegality, or deceptive conduct.
BullScan may receive compensation through affiliate partnerships, referral relationships, sponsorships, or promotional arrangements. Such relationships do not alter, influence, or guarantee any score, rating, certificate, badge, or analysis generated by BullScan. Where required, material connections will be disclosed in accordance with applicable advertising and endorsement regulations.
BullScan evaluates publicly accessible webpage content and metadata available at the time of analysis. Signals may include transparency indicators, contact information, refund disclosures, risk disclosures, scarcity language, marketing claims, structural trust elements, and legal notice availability. The resulting risk score uses a 0–100 scale where 0% is best and 100% is highest observed risk; it represents an automated interpretation of those signals and is not a statement of fact. BullScan evaluates only information that is publicly accessible and observable at the time of analysis.
Artificial intelligence systems can produce inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, misleading, false-positive, or false-negative results. BullScan may fail to detect fraud, scams, hidden content, dynamic content, JavaScript-rendered content, video content, backend systems, private databases, or real-world business conduct. Users should not rely exclusively on BullScan when making decisions.
BullScan is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. BullScan makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, availability, suitability, or fitness for a particular purpose of any score, report, certificate, badge, recommendation, or AI-generated analysis.
A BullScan Trust Certificate indicates only that a webpage received a risk score of 20% or lower and passed BullScan's active safety, HTTPS, readability, evidence, contact, and policy checks at the time of analysis. The certificate represents a software-generated assessment and nothing more. Scores may change if webpage content, disclosures, ownership, policies, design elements, or other observable factors change after the analysis was performed.
A certificate does not certify legal compliance, product quality, vendor integrity, consumer satisfaction, safety, security, financial viability, FTC compliance, GDPR compliance, or regulatory approval. No government agency, regulator, standards body, or independent auditor validates BullScan certificates.
BullScan reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, revoke, void, remove, or invalidate any certificate, badge, score, or trust mark at any time if the underlying content changes, abuse is detected, misrepresentation occurs, fraud is suspected, or the certificate is used misleadingly.
Premium services may be covered by a refund policy as described on the applicable sales page at the time of purchase.
Where purchases are processed through ClickBank, ClickBank serves as the retailer of record. Refund requests, billing inquiries, and payment disputes should generally be directed through the retailer's designated support channels.
Customers are encouraged to use the published refund process before initiating chargebacks or payment disputes. Fraudulent, abusive, or repeated chargeback activity may result in suspension or termination of access to BullScan services.
BullScan uses only operationally necessary cookies and security mechanisms required for authentication, session management, fraud prevention, and website functionality.
BullScan strives to improve accessibility and usability for all visitors and aims to follow generally accepted accessibility principles, including WCAG guidelines where practical. Accessibility efforts are ongoing and are not guaranteed to be error-free. Users encountering accessibility barriers are encouraged to contact support.
BullScan reports, scores, certificates, badges, and AI-generated analyses should never be the sole basis for purchasing, investing, subscribing, partnering, hiring, complying, or conducting business. All users are responsible for conducting their own independent investigation and due diligence before acting on any information provided by BullScan.
