2. Description of Service
BullScan is an AI-powered sales page analysis tool that:
- Analyzes publicly accessible sales page URLs for trust signals and red flags
- Generates a 0–100 risk score, where 0% is best and 100% represents the highest observed risk
- Offers Trust Certificate eligibility when a page scores 20% or lower and also passes the required safety, HTTPS, readability, evidence, contact, and policy checks
- Provides compliance check indicators for FTC, ClickBank, WarriorPlus, and JVZoo guidelines
- Checks URLs against Google Safe Browsing database

3.1 Not Legal Advice: BullScan's FTC compliance checks, disclaimer detection, and risk scoring
are NOT legal advice. The presence or absence of disclaimers detected by our scanner does not constitute
a legal opinion on whether any page is compliant with FTC regulations, GDPR, CAN-SPAM, or any other law.

3.2 Not a Product Endorsement: A BullScan Trust Certificate or low risk score is NOT
an endorsement of any product, service, vendor, or claim made on a sales page. We certify the page's
trust signals — not the quality, safety, effectiveness, or legitimacy of the product being sold.
3.3 AI Limitations: BullScan uses artificial intelligence to analyze page content.
AI analysis may miss elements, misinterpret context, or produce inaccurate results. Scores are estimates
based on publicly visible text at time of scan. Pages that load content dynamically, require login,
or use JavaScript-rendered text may not be fully analyzed. Results may vary between scans.
3.4 Not Financial Advice: Nothing on BullScan constitutes financial, investment,
or business advice. BullScan risk scores should not be used as the sole basis for financial decisions.
4. Scan Results and Accuracy
BullScan makes no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of scan results.
Risk scores use automated rules informed by AI evidence analysis and are subject to change. The same URL may produce different
scores at different times as page content changes or AI models are updated.
We specifically disclaim any warranty that:
- Low-risk-scoring pages are necessarily safe to buy from, legally compliant, or honest
- High-risk-scoring pages are necessarily fraudulent, illegal, or deceptive
- All disclaimers, contact information, or legal pages are detected
- Google Safe Browsing results are current or complete
5. Trust Certificates
BullScan Trust Certificates are available only when a page receives a risk score of 20% or lower and passes the active safety, HTTPS, readability, evidence, contact, and policy checks at the time of the scan. Certificate holders agree that:
- The certificate reflects the page as analyzed — not a guarantee of future page content
- BullScan may revoke certificates if page content changes significantly or violates these terms
- The certificate may not be represented as legal, regulatory, or government approval
- The certificate is not transferable to other pages, products, or domains
- Annual renewal is required to maintain certified status
6. Prohibited Uses
You may NOT use BullScan to:
- Scan pages containing malware, phishing content, or illegal material
- Attempt to manipulate scan results through page content designed to fool our AI
- Resell or redistribute scan results as a competing service
- Scrape, crawl, or automated batch-scan without written permission
- Use scan results to harass, defame, or make false claims about page owners
- Purchase a certificate for a page you do not own or have authorization to represent
7. Payment and Refunds
Paid access is processed through ClickBank. The $9.00 one-time payment includes 30 scan credits, the full evidence breakdown, an improvement report, and Trust Certificate generation when the page is eligible.

BullScan's name, logo, bull design, "We Smell The BS A Mile Away" tagline, and certificate
designs are proprietary to thebullscan.com. Certificate holders receive a limited, non-exclusive
license to display their earned certificate and badge on their own sales page.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BULLSCAN AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE
FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM
YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Losses from purchasing products based on BullScan scan results
- Business decisions made based on BullScan risk scores or certificates
- Legal consequences from relying on our compliance checks
- Errors or omissions in AI-generated analysis
Our maximum liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BullScan and its operators from any claims, damages,
or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your
misrepresentation of scan results to third parties.
11. Third-Party Sites
BullScan scans third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy,
or legality of any page we analyze. Scanning a page does not constitute endorsement of that page.
12. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue BullScan at any time without notice.
We may update these Terms at any time — continued use constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration
or in a court of competent jurisdiction. You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits
related to the Service.
